About Fox Theater

Designed by the firm of Balch & Stanbery, this Spanish Colonial Revival style theater opened in 1929 as a combination cinema-vaudeville house. The first public screening of “Gone With the Wind” took place in this building, and Bing Crosby and Judy Garland performed here.
